Used rapid pick up. Had to wait 6 minutes. Not the first time. Was assured my order correct, got home and soup was missing. Returned to store and was told the were out of that particular soup! What?!? U couldn't tell me the first time? Returned home once again with s different soup and went o eat bagel and they forgot cream cheese. Really?? Very poor customer service with an I don't care attitude, which has been consistent with this particular store.

You usually know what you are getting at Panera bread, so what can make or break a location is the customer service. I was thrilled when they introduced rapid pick up. I order on my app and run in a pick it up, all paid for and ready for us. The first two times ordering rapid pick up was great. Pick my daughter up from school , place order, pick up and run her to dance. It's perfect for busy ,time crunched families. However for my third order, my food was 18 minutes past the ten minute time frame it was promised. It was obvious some of the food was prepared immediately and other items were not as I had to re warm half our order. I contacted panera customer service and they said it was an independent franchise and someone would contact me. I was contacted by the assistant manager, who happened to be the same person who brought my food out 18 minutes late, without ever apologizing. He offered me some discount coupons, which I declined,stating I'm not a person who complains to get something out of it but to hopefully rectify the situation in the future. My next rapid order went the same way, 20 minutes past the time promised and the food(breakfast sandwiches) were awful.one they failed to grill, just bread. When the girl brought it out I told her it was 20 minutes past when promised and she apologized and stated she would tell her manager. NEITHER time was it crowded or busy. Brings me to today.... A bagel pack, 13 bagels sliced and 2 plain cream cheese. I figured since nothing needed to be hot, I would give them an extra 5 minutes prior to picking up this "can't be any simpler than this" order. WRONG .... Still had to wait 13 extra minutes. Simply stated rapid pick up does not work at this location nor do they seem to care.

Updating review: last two visits have been great! Nice Panera and always busy. Employees are super nice. Unfortunately they let me order a sesame bagel and then forgot my order then told me they were out of sesame bagels after I'd waited for 10 minutes. Wife will definitely be disappointed when she realizes I brought her a different bagel home. Still love Panera but this seems to happen a lot.

This Panera is by far the best in Brevard. My favorite is the Asiago Steak sandwich. They do catering for us all the time and the food is always on time & tastes fresh. They have a great little meeting room for some quiet time and the staff is super friendly.

While Panera Bread itself is a great chain with good food, this particular location always leaves me feeling horrible. The staff need re-training and one individual in particular needs to be nicer to people. I've visited here frequently as my husband and I live in the area. Each time we go, this one individual is grumpy, short, rude, and just unpleasant to us as well as to the other customers. On numerous occasions we have witnessed this employee treating people poorly. Let's hope the franchise owner gets word of this and has a talking to with their staff about customer service with a smile. I will certainly avoid this location for now because I prefer to surround myself with happy people and receive service with a smile when I place my order.

This is the location that made me fall in love with Panera Bread. Their salads are so fresh, the soups remind me of my grandma's cooking, and the sandwiches always taste better than I can make at home. The staff is friendly, and the managers here are top notch. The restaurant is always clean, takeout and catering services are great here as well. Don't miss their breakfast offerings. The bagels are great too!

Make the soup a little hotter, the salad and coffee was great! Don't forget to order a little pastry with your meal, the price to add one on is minimal! Always disappointed they never have artichoke quiche available, but this happens in EVERY Panera Bread in the USA that we have been to!

Ok, it's a chain, but a darn good one with some great breads including their big "miche" loaves of rye, which I live on. Thin sliced, I freeze half and I'm good to go for great toast and sandwich bread. The staff is very nice and attentive and if they don't happen to know how to make your favorite strange coffee concoction, they're happy to give it a run. We've had a couple of real good local bakeries on the beach, and we still have SueAnn's in Indialantic, but Panera puts out some good breads and it's got a nice setting for lunch with a fireplace and outside patio. Breads, quiches, pastries, sandwiches on that good bread, and coffees, teas, and chais. They are a very welcome beachside bakery.

everytime I special order a sandwich here it's amazing, but, when I ask for my bagel not to be sliced and it is, that doesn't work. I'm eating it now and it's stale. Thank you for not listening.
